Oyen came out the day after I called and got the to me right after. Super knowledgeable and willing to do the right thing and not take short cuts. I greatly appreciate their flexibility especially when I had such a short turn around time on needing the quotes by. Couldn't recommend them enough. Sadly I won't be able to move forward with the purchase and using Oyen as I was unable to reach an agreement with the sellers reducing the list price or hiring Oyen to do the work.
