“Absolutely the BEST in area and surrounding areas. I took my poodle here after seeing my dog neglected and abused at other groomers. They did such a great job that I come back every 3 months from Illinois to have him groomed. He loves coming here and always looks great when we leave! Prices are very reasonable but I would pay anything for a groomer like them!“
“Dr. Ben helped me send my 17 year old cat to the spirit world. They were very accommodating and kind to the situation at hand. I appreciate the help ending her suffering.One thing I would note for improvement is that the assistants that day at the desk were a bit loud in discussing about other things (work related complaints that could have been discussed in private ir withheld), when I feel and have been trained to be more respectful to the situation. The actual Vet Tech and Doctor were very gentle and respectful, though.“

“Our dog Ozzie hates grooming to the point that he gets very stressed and will bite. We heard good things about Jordyn and gave it a try. She is AMAZING!!! She has a way to keep our dog calm. Yes, for now we still give him a chill pill in advance and he is muzzled when grooming but the last visit she was able to get him all groomed and she noted he didn't seem stressed. We also love that if our dog is getting stressed she will stop and continue another day so it doesn't get to be a bad experience for the dog. We absolutely ? recommend her. “Great place to take our dog on an inclement weather day or for lunch, or if parks aren't you or your dog's thing. If your dog plays hard, as mine does, H&T probably won't be ideal (there are some areas of pavement in the outdoor area) but it's still a good time. Food from the trucks so far has been decent and the owners and staff are experienced and competent. I'll be back!“
“Bobbi is the best! My little Daisy had been going to Bobbi since birth. So 7 years now! Not sure if she has a waiting list open , because she has a full house of clients. She loves dogs and does a wonderful job!!!“

They asked me questions my previous two vets never did, took the time to thoroughly explain things, and came up with a plan to help my dog’s ongoing issues. They didn’t push unnecessary vaccines or procedures, and the prices were extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend!“

“Just had a wonderful experience at a (new to us) vet - Lake Country Veterinary Care in Hartland. Dr. Dietrich and Connie treated our cats with great care and compassion. There was no quick in and out. They took time to calm them down and talk with us about their care. And as an extra bonus, it didn't break the bank to have them seen. Give them two thumbs way up!!!“
