Timely estimates and arrival of staff on their Installation date. Area of improvement is the staff could have done a better job of clean up on completion of the project.
I called for an estimate and Steve came out and met with me. We talked about options and colors. He said that they would be calling me when I was on the schedule. About two weeks later I got a call informing me about the date for installation. I was not able to be there when the install happened and I have to admit that I was a little bit nervous about that. I checked everything out later that day and found the new gutters and downspouts looked great! The crew did an awesome job of taking down and disposing of the old, leaking, incorrectly pitched gutters. The new gutters were installed to Perfection! I would not hesitate to recommend Oostburg Seamless Gutters to anyone.
