“I'm so grateful for Jamie and Sarah and their comprehensive care approach to health and wellness. They are so knowledgeable and their passion for their work is evident in how they communicate and provide resources for learning. They communicate well with my other care providers. They quickly identified my muscle compensations, helped to alleviate immediate symptoms, coached me through ways to recognize dysfunctional muscle usage and strengthen the proper muscle groups so that I stop compensating and having repetitive injuries. Bodywork through my tongue tie release helped me heal ideally. Awareness and strengthening skills through half marathon training helped me reach my performance goals. Overall posture has improved my energy, sleep, and balance.“
