PT Lauren is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and overall excellent! Lauren did a fantastic job helping me address all my physical ailments, understanding how to follow up with neurologist better, and educating me on exercises I can do at home to address my different problems. She taught me so much about my health concerns and relevant information about my nervous system. She helped me feel empowered about a health concern that I had felt powerless about for years. Lauren was great, as well as the whole team here. Always friendly and eager to help- they even helped me figure out some billing questions I had and reached out to my insurance for me. The problem I went in for is doing much better, and they are very conveniently located.

Lauren helped me go from not being able to squat at all without pinching in my hips to moving big weights again pain free! Weightlifting has always been a form of exercise that makes me happy so it felt great knowing that Lauren was focused on getting me back to that. Nicole and Marilyn were also very welcoming!
