I brought my 9 year-old in to have her ears pierced for the first time and Angel was fantastic. My daughter was very nervous, so he took the time to talk to her, explained everything and waited until she relaxed. Then, he was quick but gentle with the piercing. He prioritized safety and sanitation, made sure we understood the aftercare and had no questions. It was easy to make an appointment and fill out necessary forms online. Overall, a great experience!
