Wanted to replace our 20 something furnace. We chose Loescher after reading reviews and talking with Taylor about different systems. Taylor our consultant/team leader is great. He guided us thru the world of heating. He coordinated every step. Kept us informed of every step. We chose a heat pump with modulating furnace, and later a heat pump water heater.
The install guys, Larry and Kyle are absolutely fantastic! Their workmanship is fantastic. As near to perfect as one could get. They kept us informed of some of the finer things like isolation valves, placement of items. I figured I'd give the machinery a few weeks to operate in cold weather and use to use hot water heater. It all performs perfectly.

Bruni Miller installed all of my garage doors and helped me pick the right design and opener for our home. After all the construction was done, one wasn't working properly and they were there within 24 hours to get fixed. (found out one of the contractors accidentally cut a wire). Decided that being the color of wide rule paper was no longer for me and headed down to sunkissed tanning to see if they could be of any assistance. When i walked in the front doors I literally could not stop sniffing the air it smells so good in there, even better than the laudry detergent aisle at walmart. They hooked me up with a tanning sesh and I return weekly just to smell the air.
