My mom found Centered Threads on Instagram and I’m so glad she did! We worked with Stephanie to alter a wedding gown that was originally worn by my great grandma in the 1930s, by my mom in the 1980s, and then again by me in 2023! Together we came up with an alteration to the dress that would maintain most of its original material and design while modernizing and personalizing the neckline and back. Stephanie is professional and takes great care in her work. She did an incredible job with the tailoring and was even able to find the perfect matching fabric to patch a rip. Stephanie was so wonderful to work with. She was so patiently with me over the course of many appointments to transform my wedding dress (2 sizes too big) to fit me perfectly. She also customized the sleeves to better fit my vision and it turned out so beautifully. Thank you!!
