I tried to sign up with another company who I was familiar with. They just didn’t have their act together. After 6 calls to them, failed promises to call back, I thought, I am sure there is a company out there who will do better. I called Apria and pleasantly surprised. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was very insistent to be getting a specific mask. And Apria came through. Thank you!!

The staff at Apria New Berlin saved me today. Mis packed for a trip and didn’t have my cpap mask. I called and explained my situation and they were able to supply me with a mask. They just gained a customer for life!!!!

Awesome experience front to back! The concentrator delivery/setup guy, Vince, was unbelievable. They answer any and all questions anytime I call.A GREAT company to deal with!5 Stars all day long!
