I was extremely frustrated to receive a bill from Apria for over $800 for equipment that had been returned nearly two years ago. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue through the billing department, I was fortunate to connect with Sara Holowinski, a branch coordinator who went above and beyond. She took the time to thoroughly investigate my case, locate the proof of return, and advocate on my behalf with both her leadership and the billing department. Carl, from Apria, arrived the day I requested my oxygen equipment, and the setup and explanation were done promptly and in a very friendly and helpful way. After I started using the equipment I tried to access the documents I had signed at the Apria web site but was unable to. When I called for help, Kandette was able to access my file and sent it to me within seconds. Apria is top-of -the line in service and customer care.
Laura deserves more than five stars! Dedicated, educated, and caring, she helped me when all seemed lost. She has a wealth of information under her belt and cares about each of her clients. She's a great resource and I'm looking forward to working with her more in the future!
