If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this place. If your doctor refers you here ask for an alternative. It is very difficult to reach a live person. They do not return calls in a timely manner. I needed to order CPAP supplies. Every time they send me a mask via US mail it takes several weeks! These delays compromise my therapy. Adapthealth is much better.
Terrible customer service here. Very disappointed with regards to ordering CPAP supplies. Never get a live person. Ordered new supplies, recieved order less the filters. Called again left message, got a call back and ordered the filters. Now 12 days later no filters.
Very surprising Aurora has their name attached to this portion of their company. Aurora health clinics and Doctors, staff are miles ahead of those running this place.
Being sick is already difficult, but dealing with unprofessional healthcare staff makes it even worse. Unfortunately, that has been our experience with Kylie McCallum, RN.
She was assigned to my father’s care, but her conduct has been consistently disappointing. During the first appointment, she arrived very late. We were understanding at the time, but the following visits only got worse.
