I wish the financial aspect would have been explained to me more clearly, that I would be paying to RENT my CPAP monthly, and that the heated tube would cost extra to RENT. They were not transparent about this part.
I was shocked to see the numerous negative reviews before going to my appointment to pick up and learn how to use my first ever CPAP machine. I received an appointment 3 hours after the order was placed for a machine. This was a surprise to many of the medical staff I worked with but I heard this happened because another appointment was canceled. Brittany S., RT who conducted the appointment was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had no issues. Given the numerous negative reviews of this entire process, I assume I was very lucky.
Portable Oxygen Concentrator hasn't been working properly for 3 days, constantly calls made to Aurora at Home and nothing has been done. Can't leave the house, can't do anything outside because I need oxygen. This place should be shut down!!!
