I called them on Thursday at 2pm and I had internet completely hooked up at 12 pm following day. I can't say enough good about the customer service, they were wonderful to work with. I'm coming from Spectrum, and the local feel of Citizens is such a good change. I pay 30 dollars a month more now than I did, and it's so worth it. Don't hesitate to switch providers if possible.
