Asked them in October for a heating system checkup (hot water boiler/radiant floor). They came right away, determined it needed a missing component. In December they installed the new part. Thought all was fine.
Then the 25 below zero weather set in. My heating system wasn't keeping up. I had them come out Monday & Tuesday and they made some adjustments. They didn't work. Called them again on Thursday, not happy, still cold in the house. But Ray kept thinking and researching. He discovered that the type of system I have didnt need the new/missing part after all. Mine is a system they were unfamiliar with, so kudos to NW Air & Water for their diligence and pursuing an answer/explanation about my system. They came out Thursday afternoon, removed the new part, got the system up and running back to normal again. And to my surprise/satisfaction issued a refund.
I will definitely call them again if I ever need service again.
P.S. my family also use them.

Melissa is so knowledgeable, experienced, kind and patient. I had severe back pain due to spinal fusion surgery, to the point where I couldn’t walk very far without extreme pain. She definitely helped strengthen my core and leg muscles to keep me moving. She also gave me many good exercises to do at home. I highly recommend her.
Brittany, is also great. She is always pleasant and goes out of her way to schedule your appointments at the most convenient times.
I love going to Turning Heads Hair Salon! The Salon is decorated so beautifully; it is relaxing and uplifting! Lisa is so creative and she always makes updates to make it a special place. Lisa has done my hair for a very long time and I love it every time. She takes care with the color and cut by asking questions before starting so I get what I am looking for. She always has great suggestions, too! She is very professional and takes pride in her work.

Great experience with Klay and his crew. My edging looks awesome and the price was well worth it. As important as workmanship is for someone like me who is a licensed contractor, Klay’s work does not disappoint! I highly recommend Klay for your curbing needs. One could safely assume, by the work he did for me on the edging, Klay would be a safe bet for other areas of services that he offers in his area, as well. Excellent place for a haircut! Atmosphere was very friendly and Kristina did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and making it work! Prices are very affordable! I would highly recommend, especially for men's haircuts!
