“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sweetwater Sanitation. I was on a girls trip and our shower and toilet started to back up. Our handyman was working on our house and realized it was our septic system. Left a VM on Wednesday. Called them again Thursday. They reassured me I was on their emergency list! They arrived later Thursday morning. Tank was full. Pump was burned out and alarm wasn’t working. They pumped the tank and contacted someone to replace the pump and that company arrived the next morning. In the rain and replaced our pump and made sure alarm was working. We are in the portal so they will contact the county for us so we don’t have to take care of that.
Had nothing but outstanding communication with everyone I spoke with and dealt with. They explained everything and asked for my approval before they did anything!!!!
Hopefully I won’t need our septic pumped again for another three years…but when we do, I will contact Sweetwater Sanitation! Thank you Jason and Nate.“
