We were traveling from MN to WI Dells for a long overdue vacation. Driving south on 53, we crossed paths unfortunately with a black bear and I hit it. After a long infuriating conversation with rental car company, Brandon showed up from Hot Hot Towing. His #1 priority was getting us off the Highway to safety (unlike the rental car companies priority). Soon Kevin showed up, helped us transfer our luggage and drove us to their shop. After finalizing some stuff, Brandon then drove us 35 min to Eau Claire to pick up another rental. He waited till we were set and left. Called AAA and they sent Hot Shot Towing to see what was wrong with my truck on Thanksgiving day and the young man gave me his number to call him next morning to get towed, so I wouldn't have to wait all day for another AAA tow call. He was very efficient.
HotShot Towing is great! They offered to drive us wherever we wanted to go after we were back at their place. We had a heck of a time getting a rental car and they were super patient while we tried to get one. Once we did, they dropped us off there. Excellent service and really nice guys.
