The Great Clips girl that cut my hair in Monroe, Wisconsin on 03/01/2024 is not only a fine hair stylist but she got me in with a full schedule and as far as I know she worked the shop by herself all day..!.. I needed my haircut for a dinner party that evening and she squeezed me in.. I tipped her $10.00 and thanked her for going above and beyond..Now that’s dedication!

Honestly, I haven't had good luck with cuts from this establishment in the past. I had all but given up but was told to ask for a specific person before going elsewhere. My last 2 hair cuts have been perfect. In fact, the cut I just received was the best cut I've received in the last 20 years!! Thank you very much Holly!!

The staff is always courteous and helpful. They keep your records on hand and do a great job. They also do not expect tips. So when you give one they are happy. Place can be harder to get an appointment. Just have to watch your times. Will always go back
