I highly recommend Loescher Heating & Air-Conditioning! On August 10, two young men arrived at my home on time and worked all day to install my new furnace and air conditioner. They did an excellent job and answered every question! Because I have a really old house with some old funky wiring, a couple lights no longer worked when they were finished. However, the very next day a technician arrived and fixed the problem within a few minutes. Not only did Tayler (the salesman) take really good care of me and immediately address my issue, Loescher was almost $5,000 cheaper than my other estimates. Wanted to replace our 20 something furnace. We chose Loescher after reading reviews and talking with Taylor about different systems. Taylor our consultant/team leader is great. He guided us thru the world of heating. He coordinated every step. Kept us informed of every step. We chose a heat pump with modulating furnace, and later a heat pump water heater.
The install guys, Larry and Kyle are absolutely fantastic! Their workmanship is fantastic. As near to perfect as one could get. They kept us informed of some of the finer things like isolation valves, placement of items. Decided to switch from fuel oil furnace to natural gas. I had called multiple other local places for quotes and was told by all of them we'll send someone out. All while organizing getting my natural gas company rolling still nothing decided to give Loescher a call. Taylor came out same day had my quote same day contract taken care of within a day or two. Got everything organized to do the rip out and install of the new unit. I honestly had no idea what to expect the install was seamless the hookup to natural gas just as seamless.
