About Property Prep LLC

Property Prep LLC is a full-service facility maintenance and janitorial company that provides commercial cleaning services for common areas, offices, during and after construction, and for apartment turnovers. They also offer commercial handyman services, including weekly visits to accomplish a list, pre or post inspection lists for real estate transitions with a right to cure, and larger projects where they provide improvements and repairs.

The company came to the rescue the same day to remove graffiti from a commercial property, with their staff arriving in professionally marked vans and equipped to complete the job in a timely manner. The customers found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and the pricing to be more than fair given the conditions. They communicated with tenants and the property manager, solving the problem while keeping the customer updated.

Customers have praised Property Prep's exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and willingness to work with them on their specific needs. The company's work has been described as remarkable, with one customer highlighting the team's professionalism and the high-quality results they achieved on a condo project.

We hired the Property Prep team to do a tenant improvement project on the office we leased in Whitefish Bay, WI. The office was a mess when we took possession of it and, as an interior design firm, we wanted it to match our energy and style. Jeff came out to meet with us and not only bid on my scope of work, he also connected me with several vendors for other items to outfit the office at significant savings to what I had originally planned.

Property Prep was able to provide the service we asked for, on the requested timeline, on a very complex property that involved driveways, outdoor parking, residential walkways, porches, and stoops. Property Prep is honest about their limitations, and, in the rare instance… read full review

Property Prep came to the rescue the same day to remove graffiti from the side of one of my commercial properties. Their staff was in professionally marked vans and came with the equipment needed to complete the job in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was more than fair given the conditions. They communicated with tenants and my property manager and solved the problem, all while keeping me up to date. I did not realize that in addition to facility maintenance, they also offered commercial cleaning services. I would give them a chance at cleaning my business going forward and will report back. 5-Stars!!!
