Love this salon! The vibe is great and everyone is always so welcoming. But I have to give a huge shoutout to Cha—she is the absolute best! My nails always look so good and they seriously last forever without chipping or lifting. She’s super consistent, pays so much attention to detail, and is just the sweetest. I always get so many compliments on my nails because of her!

I'm giving this 5 stars because I don't want a negative review to affect any of the other ladies working there, who were wonderful. I would highly recommend making sure you are not booked with Elizabeth Flores though.

I'm really hesitant to leave negative feedback on anyone because we all have bad days but she showed up 45 minutes late to a scheduled appointment and then actually seemed to get annoyed with me for canceling half of it since we no longer had time. Again, everyone else was great and the salon is lovely so I definitely recommend going here, just maybe make sure you're scheduled with someone else.

I had the best time getting a gel manicure at Gloss Nails by Patty. She was so detail oriented and friendly. I was able to make an appointment online which is a huge perk - and I was able to pick my color & sit down immediately. Patty was a perfectionist but did not take overly long. Highly recommend!
