Chris Koepsell and Alex Olson of Core Tech hired our company for a project. We had to reschedule multiple times due to their equipment not being ready. After the work was completed, they refused to pay the invoice. Based on our experience, we would not recommend doing business with them.

These guys are our go-to for any IT needs at our office and at home. They've run cable, setup wifi, troubleshooting help with our computers...anything that connects to the internet - they have helped us with it. Core is also super friendly and fast every time we need them.

Inconsistent service. We had a weather related issue with our network two weeks ago. They took their time getting back to us and then told us it was an issue with our internet provider, which didn't seem right since my computer had no issue with the internet connection, and another did. They kept saying they would come out to check it out and fix it, but would not show until a day or two later. It took us two weeks to get the issue resolved - mostly for the delay in coming to actually diagnose the problem. I am frustrated for the length of service, as well as the lack of communication and follow through. I'm not sure if they have over-expanded their business, but our latest experience has not been very professional.
