We had our water heater go out for the second time in a year. Bontempo Plumbing & Drain Cleaning helped us last time, so I called them right back. Chris was at our house within two hours, did some troubleshooting, and determined we needed a replacement. He worked around our busy schedule and got us set up for an install the very next morning.
Zach was awesome—helpful, quick, and efficient. He had the new water heater installed and running in less than two hours, showed us how everything worked, and went over the warranty with us.

We hired Bontempo Plumbing to do a bathroom plumbing remodel project. They did an outstanding job and helped with fixing items that the contractor did not do correctly with the vanity and countertop. Their team is very professional and they do quality work! We will be hiring them again for some other future projects. I recommend them to everyone that needs plumbing work done.
Zach and Chris were very friendly, competent and efficient. Felt very comfortable with them. Our leaky pipe was behind a wall under our kitchen sink. The wall had to be cut, they did it with minimum cutting and cleaned up any mess. Even our dog loved them! We will definitely be calling them again for any other plumbing issues. Thank you.
