I just completed my checkup with ENT doctor Miyama after my Dilation of Eustachian tube and installation of a T-tube in my right ear to allow fluid to drain naturally. I can hear with my right ear again. Thanks to all the people who attended to my surgery and especially Dr. Miyama!
The appointment was for my father.The office was on the top floor of the Commons but, was able to park close to the parking structure door on the same floor. She communicated well with my Dad.I will keep her in mind if I myself, have need of her services.
The audiologist was nice and a little more personal/friendly. Other than that the main provider did not have good bedside manner. He did not explain what he was doing or how to move as he was looking in my ears. At the end of the exam, I left with no advice except to use afrin which long term use is not helpful. Very unsatisfied.
