They recommended that I go to Badger Keys, saying “they can make you any key you want”… and that they DID! I sat and waited for about 5 minutes and I was out the door with 2 brand new keys! “My store called in for an emergency due to our lock getting stuck and refused to toggle the little lever to lock our door in place. Charles and his teammate came through even when we had a tornado warning and drove through hail from Madison ALL THE WAY TO APPLETON!! Just to fix our door ! Both were fun and very educational. Tell my why FOX RIVER MALL maintenance refused to help fix my door claiming I need to remove the door glass door to Charles and his teammate driving through a STORM and fastening up the lever and taught me for future reference and what actually happened. He dot out our lever to remind me to not leave it vertically and horizontally so it does not happen again. This speaks volume and I don’t get friendly maintenance most of them are sooo grumpy !!“

“I have a Schlage 9691T key fob for my apartment in Miami, Florida, and I couldn’t find anyone locally who could duplicate it.
