“I bought a replacement laser scanner assembly for my HP 4650 printer. The part arrived, packed well, and works great.
The instructions link online was broken, so I had to call on the phone. They answered immediately, got me the instructions I needed, and I was on my way. It's so nice to talk to a real person who knows what they're doing instead of endless call menus.
10/10, great service, my printer is working and back online. Thanks!”
“Great company to work with!! Response time, overall knowledge of what they are doing, and what they can help you with is amazing.”
“They helped me a ton! It is a bit pricey at the start when you put $ down. But I believe its worth it in the end. They ran a diagnostic test on my tower and found out that my freezing issue was due to the processor I had. Turns out he 13th i7 and 14th i7 generations were bugged. They recommended I go down a generation and now I have no problems currently. Highly recommended. And plus if you don't know how to do something yourself, half of what you put down goes towards labor which I give thumbs up to. But If you do know how to do you unfortunately won't get that back. But its still worth the trip. Plus there are some very nice and understanding people working there! PROPS to them!”
