Garments were returned in excellent condition, but not all of the items were ready as expected. One item in the same ticket was still out for cleaning and weren’t sure when it would be back even though it was scheduled to be back with the rest of the ticket. The staff member was apologetic and informative. Would definitely still use again but might call first to make sure all items were there so I don’t have to make a second trip.

Dr. Smith is a brilliant dentist, supported by a wonderful staff. I do not have the best teeth, I ate quite a bit of sugar in my younger days, but I feel like I have the best chance of keeping my teeth healthy now in my older age under Dr. Smith’s care. There are a few teeth I have that are on their last legs, but Dr. Smith says they still are ok, and he never does any unnecessary procedures. I feel I can truly trust his advice and that he is looking out for his patients’ well-being. Cristy, my dental hygienist, is the only hygienist I have ever been to who can do the entire cleaning procedure with no pain to me whatsoever. She is wonderful. Emily at the front desk and Angie in finance always make sure to get me all of the insurance money I can and provide service in the friendliest manner. Shana, Dr. Smith’s assistant, is a true pro and all business. I have only good things to say about North Shore Dental and recommend them to my friends.
Doctor Iancu is a highly skilled dentist with a very gentle touch. I have recommended her to both family and friends.

Having technicians who are incredibly personable, willing to accommodate and just all around good people, really makes an experience. This place has it all... including some of the best nail art I think I've ever seen. I know I'm covered whenever I have a nailtastrophy.

I’m from the area and this is always where I come when I’m in town and miss when I’m gone! The pedicures always last forever and the manicures are always beautiful. I feel like everyone who works there just has good taste and knows what looks good. I despise when a gel manicure looks thick and they never do it too thick and always listen to your requests.
Everyone was very friendly! They take time to make sure you are comfortable. New massage chairs and you can let them know you would like both done at the same time and you stay right in the massage pedicure chair for nails too ! Wonderful for older people , no steps and easy to walk in and out .

I can't give enough stars for this salon. I was supposed to have an appointment at a different place and they canceled my color for a wedding the day of. I left a message for the Le Cheveu / Encore owner, and she got me in with 2 hour notice ON HER DAY OFF. She fixed my old hair that had 1 year old color that was too grown out. Not to mention great advice for how to keep my copper tones in check between appointments. She's officially my "go-to hair girl" from here on out!
I found Sarah, the owner of Lush Well Collective, through a mutual friend online and it is the highlight of my month when I get to see her! I started with facials and have started going for lash services as well. Every time I leave with a smile on my face and glowing skin. I have always been treated professionally by the Administrative staff and the student's during my visit. Prior to receiving treatment at Skin Alive my skin tone was blotchy and I had dark circles under my eyes. I was told by my prior esthetician that she could do nothing about the dark circles. After one treatment at Skin Alive it was like the darkness under my eyes was less visible,I would recommend Skin Alive to my family and friends. My makeup looks much better and I don't need as much. We needed our gas main repaired due to an issue flagged by WeEnergies and Boehlke fixed us right up in no time. Our technician, Darryl, was so nice and fixed an issue with our dryer shutoff valve as well. Not everyone is aware that plumbers fix issues with natural gas pipes and Boehlke did a great job!
Mark was very professional and did a very good job permanently fixing our gas leaks. Highly recommend!
Our well pump went out on a Friday morning. Art and his son came over Friday afternoon to replace it. The pump was well over 50 years old! It was very stuck on there. But Art and his son got the job done the same day for us and did a great job replacing the pump and upgrading the pipe and rest of the system. We really appreciate your dedication to getting the job done the same day so we didn't have to go without water! Thank you!

Dr Jerry Gildner’s orthodontic outcomes are as good, if not better, than any orthodontist I have seen. The treatment and service and expertise are second to none and I frequently consult Dr Jerry on my more difficult cases (and I’ve been practicing for nearly 25 years myself). I cannot say enough good things about this practice; this is the practice I strive to model my practice after. Thank you Dr Jerry for treating Nora and Joseph…they look great!

Was visiting from Michigan for a romantic few days. Called all over town for a couples massage and none available. Carrie returned my call and made it happen. 90 minute massage is the way to go. Carrie did an amazing massage.

The night I came in was such a wonderful experience. I had a 7:15-9 PM appointment and I was worried because of that the staff may be tired, annoyed, ready to go home! I was greeted by the two ladies at the front desk in a very friendly manner. It was Paige and one other person that I unfortunately don’t remember her name. When I was done at 9 they were equally as friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was so surprised to hear they both had been there less than a year. They knew their stuff like they had been there for a few years! They also said it was their first time working together but it seemed like they were a great team already. Keep up the great work girls!
Tammy shares space in this very quiet, peaceful and clean location. It's easy to find and there's always plenty of parking. I've received both Acupuncture and Zero Balancing--sometimes together, sometimes separately. Because Tammy very much believes in the craft she has spent much time learning, she makes you feel confident, relaxed and safe in her care. Anytime I've seen her, I've always felt better. I've felt clearer, relaxed and cared for. It's clear that she is genuinely interested in your well-being. If I could have her treat me everyday, I would!
I've driven by the Brookfield location many times and always wanted to try it. However, I went to the Mequon location my first time. I was having problems with TMJ after a routine dental cleaning 3 months prior. I saw many Drs and nothing was working. I've had acupuncture before but it's been awhile. I was running out of options. Sean said it could help me but I should give it time. Well, after my first session I felt less pain, not completely gone but better. After a few days it started to get better and more tolerable. I saw a new dentist who did some new things and I believe the combination of the acupuncture and that is what fixed it! Im looking at coming back right away for some other problems Drs can't help me with. Thank you for helping me! It's also easy to schedule online.
