We contracted with Wade Design & Construction for a first floor renovation that included a full kitchen remodel, adding a primary suite, creating a powder room and turning a large breezeway into a year round livable space for the home. Wade helped us update our entrance with a more modern aesthetic that still blended well with our home using design ideas other contractors had not been able or willing to accommodate, especially for a relatively small renovation project. Their attention to detail and clear communication was great, and the changes have made a huge difference to the “curb appeal” of our home. You will pay more for this level of service and design, but especially for such a visible project, I would highly recommend going with Wade.
I had a great experience with Wade and am very happy with my project. While the whole team is fantastic, I worked most closely with Emily and Jake. They are excellent listeners. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful, creative and just great. Wade made my house a home I love.
