Body Activation has changed my life. What started as a cry for help 5 years ago from wanting to reduce acute back pain has evolved into a healthy and intentional way of being. Keith Shimon has led me to greater strength and awareness of my body and my mind, in the process transforming my approach to living. I am incredibly grateful for his coaching and teaching and I continue to be given the tools and encouragement to age healthfully, so I can fully enjoy my growing family and be successful using my body for the things I desire to do.
