Overall, great experience. Front desk person ( think Jen) was super helpful! She helped me navigate my insurance. She went beyond and I really appreciated her help. My hygienist, Susan was great. Didn’t see the dds but for a minute he was fine.
Dr. Zimmet and his assistant, Kaitlin, were phenomenal. This was my first time working with Kaitlin, and she was wonderful…professional, kind, and attentive. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Zimmet for six years, and he is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. He has an exceptional “bedside manner”, takes time to educate and explain everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed, even though I can imagine his schedule is busy. He was able to squeeze me in the same day for a dental emergency, which I truly appreciated. At Falls Dental Group, you never feel like just a number, you feel genuinely cared for.
When my dentist of many years retired, I was very apprehensive about the next dentist I would see. I have been a patient at Falls Dental Group for decades (even going back to “old” office!) so I got used to seeing the same doctor for a long time.
I am not an “online person” but I felt compelled to leave a message for my new dentist (I hope he reads this!!). Dr Dongre and his assistant Karin were so comforting and gentle for a recent dental appointment I had. No one really ever looks forward to dental work, but I was so glad he was recommended to me by my previous dentist. I also love my hygienist, Katie.
