1st visit was great. Woman at the front was sweet and helpful. Today the office staff was different and the women there were rude, spent most of the time laughing at a child for not knowing how to work their water cooler and gossiping about other people. They did not seem to care about the patients, their pain or anxiety. All they seemed to care about was getting the $1000 I was charged. They did the 1st part of a root canal on my son and let me know that they dont give pain meds, that he should just take Tylenol. No after care instructions, no warnings, just wanted their money and for us to get out.

Not having a great smile can erode confidence and impact your day to day life. As a tetracycline child left with brown teeth, limited enamel and a childhood failed orthodontia experience; I know first hand the embarrassment of a bad smile. Working with my awesome hygienist Chris for years at Falls Dental, and with her gradual encouragement, I underwent a cosmetic dentistry procedure with Dr. Remshak and Tammy. The absolute best in the Falls.The procedure took longer than expected but the Dentist was very kind and understanding. The work was by far the best of any I ever had. Kind and understanding. Dr Tessmann ,Thank You
