Staff was welcoming, and the hygienist was careful to explain whatever was coming next. Got a quick referral and appointment to an endodontist, followed by return appointment. Clean and bright office. Overall a pleasant experience.“

It had been quite a while since I had seen a dentist, and my previous dental experiences had left me with memories of significant discomfort and anxiety.
Dr. Zastrow took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. She explained each step of the process, reassured me that she would do everything possible to minimize pain and discomfort, and helped calm my fears before any treatment began.
What impressed me most was that she presented several treatment options, explained the benefits of each, and then provided thoughtful recommendations on how to move forward. I originally came in to address one issue, but because of the trust and confidence she inspired, I have since returned for multiple additional appointments and have more scheduled.
Her assistant is equally outstanding—friendly, funny, professional, and dedicated to making patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. Together they create a welcoming and positive experience that makes going to the dentist far less stressful than I ever imagined.
