“I have struggled finding the write dentist for me. I have bounced around West Bend over the years. I am so happy I landed here.
I come through the door and am greeted with a huge smile and some laughs from Jodi who checks me in. Already a great start! Then, Amber, Dr. Albrecht's assistant, brings me back. Amber is genuinely interested in you as a patient. Makes great conversation and makes you feel comfortable. She has some 90's country playing which I am very much a fan of (I am sure they would switch it if you didn't like country). Every staff member is extremely genuine and authentic. No fake pleasantries, but rather genuine kindness and professionalis. Furthermore, Dr. Albrecht is an artist with his craft. I have sensitive teeth so I hate being in the chair. Dr. Albrecht was smooth with it... efficient. Tbh, I just about fell asleep.

I have made 3 visits there this past year. One intro visit, one cleaning visit, and one filling visit. Each visit surpassed my exceptations.

The only thing that stinks is that one of their team members, Josh, moved out state. Josh jammed out to some Cali Reggae, which I loved.

I don't usually go out of my way to write a review on a business unless it was a truly noteworthy experience. With all the Dental Offices that keep popping up in West Bend, I recommend not taking your chances elsewhere and go straight to Albrecht Dentistry!“

“Loved the care my two boys got at their appointments. Everyone was super nice and detail oriented! Amanda did a great job getting rid of all the stains on my son’s teeth. The team was able to refer us to an orthodontist and was quick to send over the referral information needed. Dr. Lorenz was very nice and took her time with each boy. I can’t wait for my cleaning in a few months! The team even sent a thank you card after our visit - such a sweet gesture!“

Dr Bell helped fix up some cavities that either didn’t age well or were not done properly in the first place, and was very informative of all the work I needed done and WHY I needed it done and not just telling me I needed it. “I called yesterday with extreme tooth pain from a loose spacer. I was basically in tears bc of the pain and frustration of not finding anyone that could take me before a holiday weekend. The receptionist Jenny asked what was going on and explained it Dr. Shambeu and they got me in the same day and took it out! I feel so much better! I could not thank this place enough for taking me in at last minute before they closed on a holiday weekend when they could have simply turned me away.
