Some are saying it was expensive, but I have to say, researching prices, he was below the average, and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. Further, maintenance fees were also under average for the area and he gave us some hints on how to help reduce the problem from happening again. The clerk could not have been more helpful, and while he was looking, I was asked by two other staff if someone was working with me. “I cannot speak for the 1 star reviews but my experience with Greg was fantastic. My plumber told me I needed to call Roto-rooter to fix an issue in our basement pipes. I googled Madison roto-rooter, saw Greg's Rite-Now was close and I called. He said he could come out right away and he did just that. He was friendly, informative and fixed the issue within a short time frame. We had a good conversation and he left! I would definitely use him again and recommend him.
