Dennis and I absolutely love the new shower!! From the estimate to the end of the project everything went smoothly. The installation team was on time, clean and very friendly. The coordinator stopped by a few times to see if they needed anything. This was the best retail experience I’ve had in a long time. Don’t bother calling the people that do all the commercials. Monona plumbing was less than half their price.
I can't say enough good things about Monona Plumbing. They are our go to plumbing company for both plumbing and fire protection. For fire protection Corrie In the office is amazing. I keep saying I wish more businesses had a Corrie. We recently had a successful change out of fire sprinkler heads in a property that was quite time-consuming. Myles did an awesome job communicating. In the first day of a 4-day project we spoke 18 times and I'd rather have that type of communication than zero communication. Monona also added another team in order to meet the schedule. While visiting my son in Madison, his sewer backed up. Monona Plumbing came out a short time after we called, to help us out. The technicians placed a Borescope camera down into a couple of different drain pipes to find and diagnose the extent of the blockage. Then they proceeded with a flex rooter to clean out all of the buildup that was blocking the drain. They followed up again with the camera to ensure the pipe was clean and intact.
They were very pleasant and thorough, doing great work.
The office staff were also very kind and helpful.
