I was very pleased how detailed Dr Rickels explanations were during my visit today. I feel very confident in Dr. K. Rickles meeting my medical needs. Her staff are very friendly and did a good job explaining each process to me.
Dr Rickels did a re-check of a recent lens prescription. She expressed no frustration or blame but did a thorough recheck very professionally and kindly. I appreciated her approach and personal concern for getting my lenses corrected.
Everything was on time . Staff was great.
The only problem was parking. You need more parking spaces. The lot was full and people were driving around waiting for someone to leave.
