Dr. Rickels was professional and provided a thorough eye exam. She was patient when I struggled reading charts. I was told the reason for each exam, the implications of the respective results, and my questions were clearly answered. She suggested an initial plan along with a contingency plan. She also provided a longer term perspective.
Her Assistant (unfortunately, her name escapes me) guided me thru the in-take and each exam she conducted. She was very professional and cheerful throughout the process.
Extremely impressed with the knowledge and great insight into my eye infection including her friendly nature. With her guidance and treatment I was able to get a solid afternoon nap to awake painless after two days of difficulty. Yay!!! Thank you Kelsey!!
It was a huge relief to be scheduled just the previous day with an emergent concern. I met Dr. Rickels for the first time and both she and her assistant were amazing! Everyone starting from the receptionist was Professional and thorough. I was taken in on time and left wiser, relieved and grateful. I feel confident that should my regular doctor be unavailable there is no reason to fret! I feel glad to have a plan for my eye situation to be on the mend soon!
