We woke up one morning to about two inches of water in the laundry room and kitchen b/c of a hole in the washing machine hose. Needed the hose replaced and also the valve, which wouldn't completely shut off. HJ Pertzborn was able to have someone there within a few hours of when we called and the tech did a great job - plus no emergency trip charge!

Everything was rectified after a new kitchen Gap and Sink with a better leak proof design were installed. Responded quickly to address problem.Came back again promptly yesrs later to replace cartridges on faucets and stop a leak recently.
