This is the second time we’ve had to have our roof replaced because of hail damage. The last time was in 2011 and we went with the Ganser Company. We were very pleased with the work back then, so we contacted the Ganser Company for this recent damage.Marc Ganser came to our home and we immediately felt like we had been friends for a long time. Marc has so much integrity, and he represents that which the company stands for. Now that our new roof is done, we can only say, well done, Ganser Company and team! The roof is beautiful. My husband and I have been working with Ganser Company for many years and we are continually impressed with their work. We've had roofing, doors, a bath and windows installed and each project has exceeded our expectations. The team at Ganser truly cares about their customers and it shows. Marc Ganser, in particular, took the time to sit down with us and thoroughly explain our options. I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience with Ganser! The quality of their work was exceptional—timely installation of two skylights and flawlessly matched shingle replacements. What mattered most to me was their genuineness and authenticity. Marc, Claire, and Jesse were incredibly friendly, generously shared their knowledge, and offered fair pricing. I felt they genuinely had my best interests in mind. If you’re looking for a company that values you as more than just a number and truly listens, I would highly recommend Ganser!
