“This past spring, SCS Building and Remodeling completed a large screen porch to replace the deck on the back of our house. They were very easy to work with and receptive to any ideas or changes. They’re honest and meticulous and obviously take great pride in their workmanship. The screen porch is beautiful, and we use it almost every day.
We also had them repair our front screen door, and last week a crew did a great job repairing a leak in our garage roof. They arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Several years ago, they repaired some drywall water damage in our basement.

“Fabio and the crew at Facility Solutions did a massive lead abatement project on our home, both interior and exterior. They replaced our flooring, our old clawfoot tub, and every single window and window frame, along with sealing the woodwork throughout the entire house. Our exterior was asbestos-concrete fiberboard covered in lead paint. The crew came in and quickly took out the old boards, repairing old rotten wood as they went before replacing everything with beautiful modern siding, fascia, and soffits. All of this work was coordinated and done in phases so as to cause minimal disturbance and allow our family to stay in the home.

Throughout the process Fabio kept in close contact, let me know what the team is working on and ensured I was informed about how the project was going. The work was done quickly yet masterfully, and most importantly passed a rigorous lead test administered by the Dane County Health Department. We have two young children, one who had fallen severely ill due to the omnipresent lead in our old Victorian home. Now we can sleep peacefully knowing that our young ones and those of future generations will be safe from lead exposure.

My wife and I are ecstatic about how the house turned out, its like living in an entirely new home thanks to the hard work and dedication to detail shown by Facility Solutions. “I reached out to Paramount to get an estimate on a roof and found out they could also do my siding, windows/doors, and gutters. The idea of having a single contact person (James) for everything was very appealing. James was incredibly responsive and spoke intelligently about all aspects of the exterior remodel. What was nice was that he would give us a few opinions along the way using his years of experience as a guide. Once we decided on materials and colors, the scheduling process was a breeze. The crews for the jobs showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They were respectful of the property and kept the work site safe and clean. Our house is 33 years old and this is the first remodel so as you can imagine, some issues were uncovered as the old siding was removed. Those issues were handled quickly and at a fair price. New framing and sheeting had to take place in an area that had some water damage due to poor work being done by the original home builder. James' team attacked this problem without skipping a beat and put us at ease very quickly. James was on site multiple times during the project and was always available. Going through an entire exterior remodel is a stressful process but it could not have gone any smoother thanks to James and Paramount Crew. The project was completed late last week and we love everything about it. If you are looking to have work done, save yourself the research and go with Paramount. I can be very picky about some things and Paramount knocked it out of the park.“
