Access Community Health Center provides affordable dental care for those without private insurance. The dental team, including dentists, assistants, and hygienists, are praised for their excellent service. Receptionists, like Sherell, are friendly and helpful. However, some patients have experienced rudeness from other receptionists. Despite this, the clinic's medical staff are consistently friendly and amazing, making it a valuable resource for those in need.
I had a visit with Dr. Nair for breastfeeding medicine. I cannot recommend her enough! I have never felt so heard and respected before. One of the best doctors I have ever seen. Came out of the visit with a clear treatment plan and follow-ups going forward to address the issue. Left feeling very encouraged and supported!
GREAT place to go! If you don't have dental insurance, bring your paycheck stub and they'll work with you on a sliding scale. Everyone that works there is wonderful, plenty of Spanish speaking people for those that need that too! They also have medical there, pediatrics, OB, give them a try!
I’m baffled by the negative reviews. I’ve been a patient for years and never have a problem getting in for primary care. I’m always treated great.
YES it’s difficult to get in to the dental clinic but you need to have a little common sense - there are only a few dentists that take Medicaid within a few hundred miles and thousands of people who need appointments. When the appointments are full they are full. This is a larger issue with Medicaid, not this clinic.
I am guessing the people trying to get in for primary care are new patients and good doctors will only take on the number of patients they can handle, so again space is limited. This is what allows...read full review
