I am very grateful for 1st American Pest Control. We had a large ground nest of Yellow Jackets in our back yard. Sam and Barry were very quick and responsive. Sam was able to come same day and eliminate the hive. With a dog and a toddler, the quick turn around was very important to us.
Sam was also very informative about what she saw, what she did for treatment, and suggestions to prevent any future colonies.
The price was extremely reasonable and there was no attempt to try to sell yearly service packages, unlike many other places I reached out to.
I will 100% be using their service again and I would recommend to anyone looking for pest services.
We could not be happier with the service from Sam and Barry at 1st American. I reached out to Barry initially as he’d helped me years prior when I lived in a condo that they serviced. I really valued his expertise and patience back then, and saved his information in case I ever needed his help again. Fast forward to 2025, my husband and I live in a 70 yr old house and quickly realized the 3 mice we managed to kill were just the beginning. Barry actually remembered me (and my dog!) and got me on the schedule quickly. In less than 6 months we have eliminated the mice activity indoors and now we’re simply managing the outdoor herd. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They are very professional, courteous, and super responsive! Billy Jo, Barry, Samantha and Steve are the best people! I will and always will refer them to everyone!
