Arrived on time, friendly, knowledgeable and did an exterior treatment for carpenter ants. It takes 3 weeks to work so I won't know if they're gone until then. Will report again.
I've had Kwik Kill Pest Control out to several houses to help me with various situations, usually ants. This time Austin came out to my new condo to check for possible mice in my basement and some ants that I had seen inside by sliding patio door. Austin was fantastic. We talked about all the areas I had concerns about. He helped reassure me that the prevention spray would be outside only and would dry in 30 minutes so my kiddo and my cat would take no harm from it. Since the condo is a duplex, he sprayed the entirety of the building, and even knocked down some wasp nests from my neighbors condo.
