I recently had a root elongation procedure done by Dr. Heinz and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Heinz was not only friendly but also extremely confident and knowledgeable, which put me at ease right away. The procedure went smoothly . I highly recommend Lake Geneva Oral Surgery and their team for anyone needing oral surgery.
Fantastic Dr. and staff. So friendly Was there for a consultation for a tooth extraction and he made time to do it while I was there. Saved me time and money. No pain and explained my options after the tooth was removed very well. All the staff were so nice and caring.
This by far was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. In all I had 13 teeth removed in two visits and everyone in that office was wonderful. Took the time to explain all to me , they were kind and considerate. I would recommend them 💯 %. I thank God that I found Dr Richard and his wonderful staff ☺
