THE TOOTH TO BE EXTRACTED WAS SO INFECTED, THAT THE ANESTHESIA WAS INEFFECTIVE. DR COX DID WHAT SHE COULD TO PREPARE ME FOR THE PROCEDURE. SHE EXPLAINED WHAT SHE WOULD DO,SPEED WAS THE BEST ROUTE, IT HAD TO COME OUT OR REAL PROBLEMS COULD ENSUE. SHE PAUSED , MADE SURE I WAS READY. TOOK TWO TRYS, I COMEND HER FOR NOT STOPPING. OUT IT CAME ! DR SAMANTHA WAS A CHAMP. IT WENT AS SHE SAID. THE ISSUES WERE ON ME, I HAD WAITED TOO LONG TO SEE HER.WILL SCHEDULE FURTHER APPOINTMENTS TO CONTINUE MY TREATMENTS. DR SAM IS A STAR. GO SEE HER, YOU CAN TRUST HER !

The whole staff was kind, understanding, skilled, knowlegeable (everything you want in a dental office).
I am looking forward to my future appointments for a crown and cleaning.. Staff explains the whole exam, x-ray procedure before they even start working on you.
