Just browsing the photos of this place and reading up on it, I travel to this area time to time and this place looks Amazing and unique with the Pools&Spas,Looks like a Unique place to workout&relax Ill have to find a way to try it sometime ?

Great facilities. Mostly friendly people (except one person).Men's locker room is great. Showers are a bit tricky, but once you get the hang of it, they are superb.Soap, towels, aftershave, conditioner and hair spray are provided.Equipment is top notch with many machines.

We liked the pool,the sauna and the outside hot tub.. family pool was more like an olypic pool with an area for plain ol swimming.. tennis courts looked awesome! Cool beach area .. if only it was warmer..
