“If I could, I like to put 3.5 stars for the first visit. This dentist is not a franchise dentist. Doctor was taking time to take care of the patient one by one. They checks the Insurance policies quickly when needed. Offers the cancellation spots if you wish. They notified the delay when I checked in but There was a lot of waiting time to get to my turn at the first visit. if you try to make an appt, it seems like an available afternoon spot would be at least a month out. The staff are friendly. I’ll give a try this dentist.“

I’ve had a couple crowns and several fillings done by Dr. Cepeda, and he always puts me at ease and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the appointment. “My first appointment was to get my far back molar tooth looked at, I brought my daughter with me and he made her feel very comfortable, he talked to her, made jokes and she left with a bag of Christmas goodies which was greatly appreciated. My appointment to get the tooth actually pulled was the easiest dentist appointment I've ever had and by far the most relaxed and comfortable I have been while sitting in a chair to get a tooth pulled. Everybody there is super friendly and they are so quick with their treatments and explaining it to the kids in a non-scary way unlike other dentists we have been to which have caused anxiety.
