“I had not been to a dentist in 15 years.Throughout the years as a child and growing into an adult, I have had so much dental anxiety as a result of old school dentistry that I became terrified to sit in that stupid chair. When I called Dr Masak’s office to take that first step of actually making an appointment, Drae was so awesome and comforting. By the time I hung up, I was super emotional and she welcomed me with open arms and reassured me I was making the right choice.At my first appointment Dr. Masak spent about 30 minutes just talking to me before he even looked in my mouth, because he understood my anxiety and listened. He told me that he will only do what I’m comfortable with. I’m now six appointments in and I can firmly say that I love going to the dentist again. I never thought I’d actually say that. But I look forward to walking in to see Drae, all the hygienists and Dr. John greeting me as a friend and a real person, not just a patient. “We have used Dr. Van Hoof for about 5-years. He has a small practice just east of Appleton. My kids love going in to see our Dentist. They're super friendly. My wife and I both work so we sometimes forget to keep annual check-ups on the calendar, but his office usually calls and sets them up for us which is awesome. He's open later in the summer months and is always super easy going.“
