“I’ve always had a great experience with my regular hygienist.

However, during one visit when I came in to have two fillings done, there was almost a mix-up with another patient. I asked the technician if I was there for two fillings, and she seemed confused by my question. At first, I thought maybe I was misunderstanding something, but it turned out we were actually talking about two different patients. I would suggest verifying patients information before proceeding.

Thankfully, the dentist caught the mistake before any work was done. I think he could tell from the confused look on my face when he was asking me questions. I appreciate that he took the time to verify everything and make sure the correct treatment was being performed. Mistakes can happen, but I’m grateful the team caught it before anything proceeded.

Overall I like the environment and the staff do take their time to get to know their patients.“

Missy cleaned my teeth, and she was fantastic — great charisma, positive attitude, and very attentive throughout the entire appointment. Even when the procedure got pretty painful, she always checked in to make sure I was okay. She also gave me a lot of helpful advice and taught me new techniques and technology to better care for my teeth and gums.

“I am 81 years old and had horrible dental experiences throughout my childhood, so every time I was in a dental chair, as an adult, which was alot, I always held tight to the arm rest, & tried to focus on controling my breathing through the procedure, til I met Dr. Meyer & Tammy about 7 years ago. After the first couple of times, I felt relaxed, comfortable, & confident in whatever I needed done. Dr. Meyer has done a lot of work on my mouth, from pulling teeth, replacing old bridges, putting in implants, crowns, & general fillings for me. I just had a tooth pulled two days ago and my teeth have always been trouble because they just don't want to come out! Dr. Meyer's freezing technique is almost painless, my face doesn't get that old funny frozen feel like it used to, and he was patient pulling my stubborn tooth. Tammy is right there to always make sure to keep my mouth clear of any debris & excess water. Many times I walk out of the office smiling, or laughing, because the whole staff is fun, friendly, and efficient.“

The technician cleaning my teeth used the normal cleaning tools along with pulsating water. The exam rooms have beautiful views of the outside.
