“Previously I posted a 5 star review (because the staff is awesome). The other day I received a bill for a visit from Feb 2025!?! 1 year 3 months later - really?! My insurance at the time would have covered it! I had different employer then so, no way to have it paid now - other than out of pocket. Just frustrated.“

“My most recent experience from beginning to end at Westhill Dental was very good! Highly recommend them! The initial call to make an appointment as a new patient was very easy. I needed an urgent appointment and they accommodated the need. Other dental offices I contacted were not as friendly and could not accommodate. The person that took my call was very helpful, friendly, compassionate, and calming. Appreciated her so much! The actual appointment went very well also! Thank goodness they did not need to remove the tooth. The remedy was taken care of same day and in a single appointment. Things went so well and I felt so comfortable with them, I made a follow up appointment for not only myself but also my son for general preventative care and cleaning. Highly recommend them and definitely plan to tell others! Thank you Westhill Dental!“

“Dr. Tom managed to squeeze me in for an emergency root canal on the day after the entire region was shut down to dig out of a blizzard. They were already in the process of rescheduling all the missed appointments. He did a great job and I feel so much better! Thank you Dr. Tom and all of the fantastic staff at Forest View Dental!“

Recently had some significant cosmetic work done and am thrilled with the results.
The entire process involved several trips.
With each visit had great , patient service with excellent explanations about what was to come next. Also had fantastic help dealing with insurance from the staff. Woohoo!!

“If I could, I like to put 3.5 stars for the first visit. This dentist is not a franchise dentist. Doctor was taking time to take care of the patient one by one. They checks the Insurance policies quickly when needed. Offers the cancellation spots if you wish. They notified the delay when I checked in but There was a lot of waiting time to get to my turn at the first visit. if you try to make an appt, it seems like an available afternoon spot would be at least a month out. The staff are friendly. I’ll give a try this dentist.“

“It was my first visit today at this dentist. It was a terrific experience from beginning to end. The front desk workers were nice and very accommodating. The hygienist Maria did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and shared a lot of helpful knowledge with me. She took her time to make sure my teeth were very clean. The doctor was very personable and had great bedside manners. I'm glad I found this place.“

And that's what I felt with the dentist at Appleton dental. The dental office might not look perfect to everybody. But what matters is the heart that they put into their job. And the integrity that stands out first and foremost. Had seven teeth abstracted today. He took the most care in explaining process in detail with the most care possible. I have had multiple dental procedures and by far this was one of the most professional I've ever experienced. Not one cracked tooth. And very minimal pain. Almost no pain whatsoever except for small pinches here and there from the needles. I really appreciate the care that you took and I am grateful for your work and will definitely refer your office to everyone I know.“
