“Daulton Physical Therapy is different from any physical therapy out there, and it is effective! And they accept insurance!!! They do myofascial release and strain/counterstrain (read more about it on their website), which no other PT place does! The end result is it releases restrictions in soft tissues (muscles, connective tissue) and nerves (and improves lymphatic drainage) so that they are free to function more properly, which results in less pain, even clearing chronic pain. Daulton PT has helped me and my kids so much with back, neck, foot, leg and shoulder problems - all PT places should offer what Daulton does. It is an absolute must if getting upper cervical care, or if you have problems holding onto chiropractic adjustments (restrictions in soft tissues can pull on the spine and keep vertebrae out of alignment)”

“Grateful to have the services of Kinesiologist Ryan Maxwell and his top notch instructors at Fluid Health and Fitness. Positive changes include less pain and healing of long-term injuries and surgery side effects. Pleased to experience respectful, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Honest feedback, fun atmosphere and encouragement have allowed me to get to a point of recovery I did not think was possible. Many classes are offered each week and the newer Ruck Fit class is well worth checking out. Importantly, my experiences with Fluid gave me back the hope that I could have a better quality of life as a senior (+ 65 yr old).
