This is a GREAT place! Very different from other gyms. They focus not only on strength, but the details that makes the strength happen. I've been a member at many different gyms throughout the years, but Fluid Health and Fitness is unique and worth every bit. I'll be staying here for a long time. And shout out to my trainer Russ D! I've worked with him for three years and I couldn't have achieved the successes I have with out him. I've also had physical therapy here and loved my PT Deb. She did a fabulous job!
I have learned so much from the Fluid team. They are such an important part of my fitness journey. I am stronger now at 62 then I was in my 30's! They know their stuff and I am a grateful member.
Ryan and his entire team are the best! I've had numerous surgeries on my left leg and wanted to be able to continue an active outdoor life into my later years. With Ryan's guidance, and focusing on my dysfunctions, I'm confident that I will accomplish that goal. (Note: Seven years of working with Ryan and his team).
