“I recently took my dog, Ginger, for her second lymes disease vaccination. Due to the appointment being strictly with the vet tech, I only had to pay for the vaccine. The vet tech actually gave Ginger the injection in the waiting room because there were no other clients/patients there at the time. Ginger didn't even notice that she received the injection. The vet tech gave her treats for being a good girl. The tech asked for permission to give Ginger treats before she did.“

“I am so happy with my experience at Official Pet Boutique! They did a wonderful job on my girls they came out looking and smelling better than ever. The shop is run by two ladies who are truly passionate about dog grooming and genuinely care about the well-being of dogs.
I loved how gentle and friendly the staff were with my dogs, and I definitely look forward to bringing them back. “Such awesome staff! Never seen Zak jump and bark so excited to be in daycare. Love the daily report cards and LOVE the fact that our pups daycare includes daily training and trick of the day.We moved out of bay view but will continue to bring him here as the experience and service is just worth it.Last, I have had a peace of mind since Zak began attending bay view bark. In summary we changed Zak from a franchise daycare (central bark) due to bad service and behavior changes in Zak…… I can tell bay view bark cares as they made sure to give me a virtual tour of the facility with the option to attend an open house, they made sure they over communicated with me to assure me all the care and training pups get before I enrolled Zak…... And since the switch I can see a drastic change in Zak’s behavior. He is much more brave, confident, and at ease when home. Zak is given his treats, lots of love, and lunch packed by us daily. “For the past 5 years I have groomed my Pomeranian at home and as he gets older he is less tolerant of me grooming him, so I am beyond excited to finally found a groomer I can trust. Mera was so patient with him and at a point he didn’t even need his muzzle! To hear my boy felt safe enough with her was the absolute best. Pricing is definitely reasonable and will depend on size and length of hair. Every dog deserves to feel safe and look great after a groom. Do yourself and your pup a favor and get them a spa day here!!“

“Great staff and fantastic communication all-around. I brought my reactive rescue here. Dr. Patchett was so careful in examining her and provided really good advice and tips to help my dog. I also really like that when I bring my dog in, I call first to make sure waiting room is clear. I dont know why more vets dont do this--it reduces one more stressor from the visit. I clipped my (very skittish) dog's nails for the first time with Dr. Patchett's clear directions and right medications. Really happy I found this practice.“

“I’ve been bringing my Ace to Central Bark for a few months now, and we are both loving it! He gets so excited when we pull into the lot and he realizes he’s at “school”. He loves daycare and the staff, which is a big plus for me as it can be a little nerve-racking leaving your fur baby in the hands of others, but the staff here are absolutely wonderful, and he always comes home completely exhausted so I fully trust that he is getting the best care here. I really do appreciate how kind and welcoming the staff is, and how sweet they are to my boy!

I also really like the retail space here, and the services they offer. I’ve been able to get Ace’s nails trimmed here a few times before pickup which I really appreciate- and they’re the only ones who have been able to do it without him getting nervous!

“I was recommended to give Central Bark a go due to my neighbor. I have a silky terrier rescue who is an absolute terror to groom and I was told that Heather is really experienced with dealing with difficult dogs. She got 90% of the dog done before he became too difficult to continue and he now looks better than he has in years and even more exciting is that she is willing to groom him again as other places have refused to see him again. The people were friendly and the prices for services are very competitive. Thank you Central Bark and Heather.“

“Have taken my angel here for years. Linda took such great care of my Gracie, and was such a pleasure to deal with. Yes, her prices are a bit higher than the chain pet store groomers, but not once did I have to worry about her well-being. The results were always adorable and well worth the few extra dollars. Gracie recently "crossed the rainbow bridge", but if I ever get another dog, she will be going to Lulu's Dog Pawlour. He’s been struggling with separation anxiety at home and we thought there was no way he would make it through a full day of daycare. Central Bark made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.
