We took our dog here today for the first time. He’s terrible with the bath/grooming. They had patience with him and told us we can bring him back. They said they are willing to work with him and hopefully he will get better. So far so good, will be our new home groomer for sure!

They did a WONDERFUL job grooming my two dogs. I couldn't be more pleased and will certainly be returning!! They talked me out of shaving one of my dogs and I am so happy they did! Her trim was perfect and the de-shedding treatment helped reduce the amount she was shedding. Their knowledgeable advice was invaluable and very much appreciated.

After a busy pet store chain refused my border collie Lulu at her third visit because of her breed characteristics (hypersensitive and hyperfocused...they said they thought she may hurt herself while crated), Pretty Paws agreed to groom her. Their knowledge of the breed's characteristics on the first call with them put me at ease. They did an awesome job with her, I am so grateful and will be back...I am very aware that Lulu is a handful, but I believe they got to see the loving baby girl she really is, even though she may have some special needs. I will definitely be back with her and believe that Lulu will come to love and trust them. Thank you so much to the kind staff!
